In July of 2021 I finally figured out the the numbers and music I could hear when I was painting mandalas were music notes that related to one of my drums. I had never made music before but for the first time the tune and numbers were so clear. 

This set me off on a journey of creating soundscapes that incorporate the relaxing sounds of my instruments and nature that I use in my own meditations and videos.
